Dr. Will was manipulative, but charming.
Johnny Fairplay was obnoxious and a liar, but not abusive.
Omarosa was an overbearing snot, but she never resorted to name calling.
Big Brother's Dick, however, is a whole different story. He lies, then pretends he doesn't. He manipulates, but accuses others of doing the same thing. He's loud and obnoxious, spitting and farting throughout the day. And he can instantly, and easily, slip into foul-mouthed eight year old mode, where he calls you every name in the book, attacking you where he knows it will sting the most. He used Dustin's sexuality and Jameka's faith against them, and tried to make Amber feel like a bad mother. The way he has gone for the personal jugular has been at times astounding.
Was it a strategy for the game? Perhaps. And if so, it certainly worked -- he's in the Final 3, after all. But just because it's technically within the rules, and that it "worked," doesn't make it an acceptable way of playing the game. I hope, and expect, the jury will consider this when casting their final votes, should Dick make it to the Final 2.
Yep, I'd say Dick has my vote for most hateful reality TV star of all time. Quite an honor.

I'd have to agree with you. I've been racking my brain thinking of other shows and contestants and the only two that I think come close are Maggie and Ivette from season 6, but I don't consider them half as bad as Dick. He's in a league of his own and the favortism CBS and Big Brother show him is sickening. It's really turned me off from this season.
'Hateful' is an understatement when referring to Dick. Even though he has shown the world who and what he really is, in the end he will undoubtedly say it was all just strategy. I THINK NOT! No matter what Zach or anyone else in the house has said during this game, what comes out of Dick's mouth is the worst. He is just a angry, bitter, mean bully, and we all know that bullies are -- just cowards in disguise. He proved this by sobbing like a baby before OFFICIALLY letting go of his key. He actually let go of his key twice during the competition, a fact that BB hoped nobody would notice, I guess. It's funny that when he couldn't get a rise out of Zach, no matter how hard he tried, he finally just gave up and cried like the cowardly baby he really is. GO ZACH!
The worse part is that CBS not only allowed it, but seemed to condone it while calling other houseguests out on even the slightest thing. Dick doesn't deserve to win. I'm afraid that the BB seasons to come will have one if not more "Dicks" in the house because CBS seems to not mind stooping so low for ratings. Yeuck.
Dick is the most dispicable charachter I have seen on Reality shows, including the Trading Spouses/Wife Swap pigs. And yet,he/they are the reason, after years of watching BB et al, that I have never been so "addicted" to a show. I stay up till 3am every nite, and search the Internet to find the latest feeds. Every time he spits, I have to look away, it is so gross, (and I grew up in a funeral home). He looked like a liver cancer victim last nite, yet once in a while, I see the cute guy he must have been when he hooked Danielle's mother. (By the way, what is the story with her mother? is she dead?or in the witness protection? Do they ever discuss her?)? Dick couldn't manufacture ALL that vitrial and bile. It comes too easily. So I'm pretty sure that he is what we see. Not just an outrageous personality. He is just a nasty prick, kind of a loser, and this, being his last chance to reach his delusion of granduer, is desparate in so many ways. His daughter is a lying, two-faced person, whose inflated ego needs a dose of true reality. Hopefully, when she watches the show in private, she will have a revelation as too what a horrible person she has shown to millions of people, and she'll be turned away from the direction she's headed. There has to be alot of genetics going on here. But, I have to wonder what kind of grandmother allowed this to happen.
Yes, Dick is by far the worst competitor in reality tv history. In the beginning I had liked him but he totally turned me off when he attached Kail and that was the beginning. This CBS needs to be sued - Jen shoud sew CBS for Dick's behavior to her. I dislike the season becasue of Dick mainly and Dani winning. She complained of Zack disloyal to them and what she did to the others - starting again with Kail, then with Jen again with Jess and Eric. Honestly Dani is a good player but I would be very happy to see Zack take that grand prize. Ridiculos behavior with Dick - how could CBS allows this behavior.
All I have to say is "way to go Dick"! Come on people.... it's just a game. We all can sit here saying I'd never, but if I had a chance for 1/2 a million... then why not! GO DICK!
I totally agree! I cannot believe how rude Dick has been. He is beyond rude. Big Brother should have stepped in a looong time ago and put a stop to Dick's bullying and abuse. That kind of behavior should not be tolerated at all in the BB house, not under any circumstances. Dick has repeated yelled, screamed, spit at, throw liquid at his fellow house-guests while BB sits back and does absolutely nothing! I find the whole thing appalling and cannot imagine the effects on those individuals who have been subjected to Dick's abuse over long periods of time. It's inexcusable. And Big Brother, you have a responsibility to provide the house guest with a safe environment. This year's episode has really turned me off as well. Last night was the first time I watched in several weeks. If possible, Dick's behavior is even worse than ever.
Dick is the first reality show contestant on whom I sincerely, honestly wish death or disablement. It amazes me that no one's harmed him yet in the house, or even retaliated against him. He's the bully that, when you hear he's dying of bone cancer, you drink a toast. I think if I'd been in that house by now I'd be in jail for assault.
I can't believe I finally found people on the web that feel like I do. It seems that every post or chat room just loves his behavior. I was shocked to see this. How would they feel if it was one of their family members being treated like that and how could the show allow this. Dick is the most rude and disgusting person I've ever watched on a show. I love reality shows and Big Brother is my favorite but if this is what they are going to allow people to do for ratings then I'm done watching. I'm not a fan of Zach but anyone winning is better then disgusting Dick or whiney Danielle and to the person that posted anyone would act that way to win 1/2 million I say you're wrong. Some of us were raised to have morals and respect for others. Gooooooo Zach
dick has not only mentaly abused people he has cheated and big brother let him get away with all of it , but they didn't jenn. Now why is that i wonder?? he cheated letting go of his key and cheated when he admited the letter from his son was coded to tell him who to watch out for in the house. that was planned before he ever entered the house . if either dick or dani win this game we can safetly say they did because of big brothers decission to ignore the obvious.
It's very disappointing when I go to the CBS site and see that Dick is the most popular hamster with the people taking the poll. I would guess that most of the people voting for him only watch the broadcast episodes and not the live feeds. They aren't reading what the bloggers and message boards are saying about what REALLY is going on in the house. If you haven't seen it, I would encourage you to go to YouTube and search on Dick. You will see some of the most abusive behavior that any human can inflict on another. And he is an equal opportunity abuser...nobody is safe. Shame on CBS for putting ratings above this kind of behaviour. The game is lie, cheat, and outwit. This has gone beyond that boundary. I am afraid that future houseguests will take this tactic as a winning strategy and use it in future games. If so, I think we will see BB quickly fade into history as people get tired of watching people try to tear their fellow players to shreds.
Dick Donato is disgusting. Last night, making the statement that he will show Zach's ex "... a real p****..." That falls under sexual harassment. That can be taken as a threat, especially from him!!!
He has gotten away with far too much and, unfortunately for future BB, he may have set a precedent. Dick is a person that people will only go to his funeral to make sure he is dead. Sad, isn't it.
I say - Way to go Dick!!! I don't think there is anything in BB rules that state you can't act how Dick did. He has played this game and everyone in the house from the moment he walked in and has never let up. You may not like his game play but in this case, it worked! This game isn't about making BFFL, in the end with F2, it's all about who played the best game, the entire time in the house!
Evel is a loser. CBS will become a loser in future BB ratings for allowing Dick's boorish, hateful behavoir to dominate the activities that it telecasts. Did anyone notice Dick's sheepish, nervous behavior when Zach challenged him? These actions showed that he, too, is a coward.
I also have to agree that I'm so disappointed with CBS this year. Big Brother used to be my favourite reality show. The language used in the show and the treatment Dick showed towards the other guests goes way beyond game play. Strange how when things didn't go Dick and Dani's way how whinny they could get. Big Brother should have stopped this type of game play.
From what I've read from folks following the live feeds it's even more disgusting than what we were shown on T.V.
I have no intentions of watching on Sunday night. I couldn't take an hour of the 2 - D's. I will be anxious to see what the jury has to say on Tuesday night.
It also seems a little unfair that things would have turned out differently had Eric not been American's player. Eric was certainly at a disadvantage and with the odds against him how is this fair game play for him to actually win??
I could go on and on....I'm just totally frustrated and GLAD this season is OVER!
I love Dick. He's one of my all-time favorite reality TV contestants. I doubt I could live with him, but as a contestant, he's gold. And I hate villains. I hated most of the other housemates, so him calling them out on their sanctimonious attitudes and behavior didn't bother me in the least. It entertained me. Greatly. I hope he wins.
