Which Designer is the Next to Go on Project Runway?

Ya know, sometimes I don't get Project Runway. Some designers (Sweet P, Ricky -- I'm talking to you!) manage to stay way beyond the time they should, and others (unlucky eliminated contestant Kevin) wind up getting the boot prematurely. Why don't the judges take into account the designer's collective body of work, instead of eliminating them for one bad design? Sure, Sweet P made a great dress this week, but she's also made four really not great dresses. Kevin, meanwhile, has produced mostly quality work, but he was auf'ed in the same week Ricky came up with another one of his eyesores. Can someone explain this to me?

All of that is a long way of saying it's difficult to predict who will go home on this show, since one bad design can get you eliminated. Difficult as it may be, though, I'm still gonna try!

Even considering what I wrote above, I still think Jillian and Rami are safe bets this week, as is, of course, immunity-holding Victorya. Even though Rami had his first misstep last week, the overall quality of his designs is so much better than most of the competition, he shouldn't be in danger of elimination.

Kit has managed to make it through the past few weeks without being one of the best or the worst designs, and I have little doubt she'll manage to make it through another week. And while Christian seemed to have lost his spunk last week (read 'Put Out an Amber Valetta Alert: Christian Has Lost His Mojo'), I think this week he'll rebound in style. You can't keep a good bitch down!

The designers in trouble, I believe, are Chris, Ricky and Sweet P. Chris' prom dress was surprisingly understated and classy, but we all know he's capable of coming up with a monstrosity, so he could be in trouble. And Sweet P managed to eek out a presentable prom dress, she could easily self-destruct this week and end up sent packin'.

Luckily for both Chris and Sweet P, however, is the fact that Ricky is still in the competition. He's gotta go soon, right? Right? I am so over his ugly dresses and teary confessionals. Get him outta here!
