Well, it had to end some time.
For months, Daughtry has held firm in the Top 10 of the album chart, but with six debuts placing in the Top 10, Daughtry slipped seven spots this week to #12. He sold just over 53K copies for the week.
Carrie Underwood, meanwhile, moved just under 40K copies, good enough for the #15 spot. Elliott Yamin, despite having a single ("Wait for You") that is about to crack the Top 10 on the Top 40 chart, did not make the Top 50 in album sales.
The top 5 spots on the chart were taken by T-Pain, Paul McCartney, Rihanna, last week's #1 R. Kelly, and Maroon 5.
