The names may change, but there always seems to be at least a handful of former American Idol contestants on the radio charts. Case in point -- as of this morning, a whopping EIGHT former Idols have a song on one of the charts.
Season 6 champ Jordin Sparks is leading the way, with three songs ("Tatoo," "One Step at a Time," and "No Air") appearing on five different charts. Carrie Underwood has a #2 Country hit in "Last Name," while Season 7 winner David Cook has taken his debut single "Time of My Life" onto the Pop, Hot AC and AC charts.
