Posh Spice Will Guest Judge on Final Project Runway Fashion Show; All Five Designers Show at Fashion Week

Several details about the final Project Runway fashion show of the year have emerged -- and some of them are pretty "spicy!"

Victoria Beckham, aka Posh Spice, will be the celebrity guest judge for the final fashion show, joining Heidi Klum, Michael Kors and Nina Garcia on the judging panel.

In addition, all five remaining designers (Sweet P, Chris, Christian, Jillian and Ramy) showed their work at Fashion Week. The previews for this week's episodes reveal that two designers are eliminated, so only three of the designers will actually be in contention for the win. (Will it be the three I predicted? Read Is the Project Runway Final Three Now a Foregone Conclusion?) The reason for having all five designers show their work is to maintain the secrecy of who actually makes it to the Final 3.

According to some (clearly subjective) reports, Christian received the best response from the audience.

Stay tuned for more details...

Is Project Runway's Final Three Now a Foregone Conclusion?

Doesn't it seem like months since we last had a new episode of Project Runway? I miss Nina Garcia!

When the show returns tonight, six designers remain in the competition -- Jillian, Ricky, Sweet P, Christian, Chris and Ramy. Looking at this list, the question arises -- is the final three now a foregone conclusion?

The three designers I'm referring to as likely Fashion Week finalists are Jillian, Ramy and Christian. Each has won at least one challenge, has been in contention to win others, and has only spent one week in the Bottom 2. Yes, Jillian is incredibly whiny, Christian is young (and a bit immature), and it's unclear whether Ramy can do anything other than drape, but as far as I'm concerned, these are also the most talented and consistent designers (an underrated skill on Runway), and, as such, are in a completely different league than their three other competitors.

Speaking of Chris, Ricky and Sweet P -- what are they still doing here? Chris has literally already been eliminated from the competition, and although he's churned out some respectable designs in the past couple of weeks, I just don't see him having a real shot at winning this thing. Sweet P, despite producing a few cute outfits, is responsible for the season's single most disastrou design (that horrible ill-fitting shirt from week one), and she continues to completely overhaul her designs at the last minute in a state of total panic. As the pressure continues to build these last few weeks, I have no doubt she will continue to unravel.

Which leaves us with Ricky. Oh, tragic, tearful Ricky. Yes, he won the last challenge, but he's also produced some of the ugliest and most boring dresses sent down the runway this season. If he wins this thing, or even makes it to the Final 3, something is wrong in Runway-ville.

Yep, it's pretty clear in my mind who the Final 3 will be. What do you think? Are Jillian, Christian and Ramy shoo-ins for Fashion Week, or can Ricky, Sweet P or Chris sneak in? Leave a comment and let me know!

Project Runway Spares Ricky Again, As Jillian Steps Up Her Game and Chris Gets Auf'ed

No one ever said Project Runway was fair.

Despite the fact that he has yet to produce an aesthetically appealing, well executed design, Ricky was spared yet again last night on the design show, as lovable Chris was sent packin'. What in the name of Heidi is going on here?

Yes, Chris' shoulder padded jacket was a true travesty. But Ricky's wasn't much better, and, as Nina Garcia (god I love that beeyatch) pointed out, after last week's suit debacle, shouldn't he have made sure he sent a goodlooking piece down the runway? Apparently not.

As for the bickering going on between Ricky and Victorya, I couldn't quite tell who was in the right and who was in the wrong -- until I saw the finished pieces, that is. Victorya's outfit, and even Elisa's, were head-and-shoulders better than Ricky's monstrosity. And yet -- he's still around. What gives?

Especially when it was such a joyful and pleasant contesant who was kicked off in his stead. Ah Chris, we hardly knew ya.

Jillian, meanwhile, really stepped up her game last night, leading her team to victory, and producing the best looking outfit of the night. I mean, those overalls were fierce! After three straight weeks of finishing in the middle of the pack, I love her declaration that she is going to be in the Top 3 from here on out. Confidence with the ability to back it up? That's the kind of designer I'm lookin' for.

And, of course, I must comment on Christian, who continues to drop bon mots loaded with an almost unfathomable amount of wit. The pixie is hysterical! I hope he sticks around for a long time to come, just so that he can provide hilarious commentary on the action going on around him.

Next week can we please get rid of Ricky? Please?!?
